Welcome to one of the most successful arts-education festivals in Canada! From May 6th to May 13th, 2009, the New Brunswick Provincial Drama Festival and Conference will be raising the curtain on a week-long celebration of New Brunswick talent and dedication.
For 34 years, New Brunswick has proudly celebrated Canada's largest scholastic theatre festival. Join us again in 2009, when trained volunteers, teachers and hundreds of young thespians throughout the province gather at St. Thomas University's beautiful campus for a week filled with festival fun!
With a base of nationally recognized adjudicators, actors and technicians participating throughout the week, Drama Fest will once again set a national standard for youth arts education and performance. Students have the opportunity to share their talents in a supportive environment, and develop their creativity, imagination and skills.
Drama Fest 2009 includes seven days filled with performances, two showcases, recognition awards, workshops led by professional directors, performers and designers, festival packages for all participants, and more!
